How big is the tattoo paper and what colors can you use?

Our tattoo papers come in A4 format (210x297mm) and you can print any color and quality that you would normally print. White shows up as transparent but all other colors show up as usual.

What surfaces can you apply the tattoos to?

It’s important to remember to print out the tattoo designs in a mirror image so it looks right when you apply it. Most of our customers buy tattoo paper to print out tattoos for skin application, to try out a tattoo design, or to create a fun event by handing out tattoos to their guests or audience. You can also put the tattoos on a balloon or on a glass to show people where to sit on a table plan. They can also be used to decorate Easter eggs. Put a tattoo on anything!

What do you need to make your own tattoos?

  • An inkjet printer
  • Our tattoo paper kit
  • A computer or mobile phone to make your design

How to print tattoos using your printer.

  • Create the design on your computer in A4 format: one large tattoo or lots of small designs – you choose the colors.
  • Make the design mirror image and choose thick paper.
  • Our paper has small logos on one side which is the back. Print so the design is on the other side. If you do it wrong, simply turn the paper over and start again.
  • Put the plastic film over the design, peel off the protective paper on the placement paper and press on the plastic film with the sticky surface over the design on the paper.
  • Make sure the plastic film is properly stuck on with a bank card, ruler or something similar to get rid of bubbles
  • Cut out the design
  • Remove the plastic film and put the tattoo on your skin with the sticky side against your skin.
  • Wet the tattoo for 10-20 seconds and remove the paper – done!
